We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Associate, who is eager to grow in an energetic and fast-paced environment. Your purpose as a Junior Social Media Associate consists in increasing our brand awareness thanks to your knowledge in social media tools.

You must achieve this by creating appealing and creative digital content for ICE Society’s various social media platforms. Your duty stands in closely working with the Marketing team to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement and brand awareness.

You will be able to join our team consisting of motivated, young, friendly, and ambitious members willing to make a real, measurable impact. Furthermore, you will be given the opportunity of learning more than in any corporation with hands-on experience and tailored support from the executive team. • Developing an effective communications plan that leverages brand promise
• Develop, integrate, and implement public relations activities designed to appreciate brand image
• Being in constant contact with the Marketing department, ensuring their work does not affect the company’s image
• Brainstorm new campaigns with the marketing department
• Working with the CEO to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Refining the company's core messages to ensure brand consistency
• Resolve public affairs issues
• Evaluate the current brand communication plan, and refine it
• Resolve inquiries and complaints from customers, and high-level partners
• Resolve stakeholders and government offices’ constituent concerns

Hard Skills:

• Knowledge as well as experience with a variety of organizational tools such as: Trello, Canva, HubSpot CRM, other planning tools.
• Previous experience with editing, and video making, CRM Programs
• Previous experience in the creation of SM advertising material
• Experience in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels
• Visually appealing presentations
• Experience in enhancing brand image
